Sales Manager required. My client is a leading supplier of hydraulic and electric submersible pumps. They are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to bolster their team in Glasgow, the ideal candidate will come from a Field Sales background, have previous construction / water infrastructure experience, and be familiar with pumps and rotating equipment. You will need to be based within a commutable distance of Glasgow and be prepared to travel with the role to be considered for this vacancy.

Sales Manager Position Overview

• Generate Revenue through the hire of Hydraulic and Electric Submersible pumps
• Winning new business and customers through a range of techniques
• Supporting the field sales team in the area as required
• Managing key accounts and developing existing relationships
• Travelling to customer sites throughout the Midlands
• Spending one day in the depot per week as required

Sales Manager Position Requirements

• A strong background in Field Sales is essential
• Previous experience in the Construction or Water infrastructure industries
• Proficient at winning new business through a range of techniques
• Strong knowledge of Pumps and their associated systems
• Prepared to travel throughout the Scotland
• Full Clean Driving licence
• Based Locally to Glasgow

Sales Manager Position Remuneration

• Salary £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
• Full time Monday - Friday
• Company Vehicle
• Bonus Scheme
• 28 Days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
• Pension
