We're on the lookout for a diligent and detail-oriented Sales Controller to join our client's team. This role is integral to the efficient administration of key accounts, supporting sales, and managing stock and order books under the guidance of the Commercial Manager.

• Annual salary of £25,000 - £30,000.
• Working 08:50 - 17:00 Monday - Friday.

The Role:

As a Sales Controller, you will:

• Administer key accounts, supporting sales and efficiently managing stock and order books.
• Respond to all customer enquiries professionally and within agreed timescales.
• Identify and act on opportunities for win/win outcomes.
• Administer all customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Generate and manage accurate and easily accessible information for all customers.
• Manage stock levels within agreed limits.
• Continually improve the standard of service provided to every customer.
• Liaise closely with logistics to ensure timely delivery of customers’ orders.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for the Sales Controller role will:

• Strive for continuous improvement and be diligent and conscientious.
• Have excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Be a competent user of Word & Excel and able to analyse data and spot trends.
• Have previous experience within manufacturing.
