Job Title: Sales Manager, Investment Sales Team

Position Overview: Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead their team of top-performing Investment Sales Consultants. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, ensuring the team meets challenging targets, and delivering a world-class service and process for investors.

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Investment Sales Consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand the client base.
  • Foster a high-performance culture within the team, setting clear expectations and goals, and holding team members accountable for results.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyse data, and identify areas for improvement to optimise sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company objectives and market trends.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Sales Manager Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the investment / off-plan property sales industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly analytical and results-oriented, with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Deep understanding of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
