Sales & Lettings Negotiator - Brixton

£20,000, OTE £30,000 - £35,000 & Car

Monday – Friday 9:30am – 6pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 10am – 3pm with ½ day off in lieu

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Letting Negotiator to join our clients successful Brixton office. You will ideally have experience in both sales and lettings and on the lookout for a new challenge.  Our client is a highly sought-after Estate Agent offering great opportunities for candidates who excel in customer service, have a passion for property and can offer a friendly and approachable service.  These qualities are equally as important as your experience within the industry.

Key responsibilities within the role include:

• Identifying and properly registering applicants, vendors and landlords.
• securing maximum quality viewings, valuations, financial services appointments, conveyancing quotes and instruction

• Understanding and demonstrating the importance of re-qualifying applicants
• Undertake accompanied viewings as and when required
• Following up viewings and securing offers
• Pro-actively canvass for new opportunities
• Candidates must have a UK driving Licence and Car.
