About the Role:

As a Sales Administrator, you'll be the main point of contact for customer inquiries, order processing, and coordinating deliveries. Your organisational skills and teamwork will be crucial in maintaining high-quality customer service and meeting our service level expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

*    Process orders via email or phone
*    Ensure data accuracy and completeness
*    Communicate with clients to gather missing information or address queries
*    Collaborate with Logistics for timely deliveries
*    Maintain and update sales and customer records

Working Hours:

*    8am to 5pm Mondays - Thursdays
*    8am to 3pm Fridays

Ideal Candidate:

Are you goal-oriented, organised, and thrive in a team environment? We're looking for someone with:

*    Work experience in sales administration or support
*    Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with SAGE is a plus (training provided)
*    Understanding of sales performance metrics
*    Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
*    Dedication to teamwork and meeting deadlines
