Role Overview: Join Bio-Rad Laboratories as a Territory Sales Representative, promoting and selling our Life Science portfolio to key accounts within South-West UK. This role is essential in helping us achieve or exceed sales targets by maintaining high levels of customer service and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Life Science products to academia and biotech clients within the defined territory.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and represent Bio-Rad and its products positively in the market.
• Develop and manage the territory through effective planning, forecasting, and strategic business management.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Order Processing, Service, Product Managers, and Instrument Specialists to meet customer needs and resolve complaints swiftly.
• Provide market and competitor insights, and gather customer feedback to inform management.
• Update the customer database, maintain site visit reports, and prepare monthly sales reports for the Sales Manager.
• Continuously acquire and update product and technical knowledge.

Personal Specifications:

• Degree in a Life Science subject (PhD preferred).
• Understanding of key life science laboratory techniques, including electrophoresis, blotting, chromatography, PCR, and protein purification.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills.
