We have an exciting opportunity for a senior level salesperson to join a vibrant team as an Account Manager.

You will be working for a company that provides businesses with energy, telecoms, and water contracts, supporting them to reduce their spending.

Based in a call-center environment, this is a customer focused role offering energy contracts that will save them money. You will be responsible for retaining and developing value from a portfolio of customers.

We are looking for someone who can build long-standing customer relationships and be their trusted advisor with regards to their utility commitments. You will need to be a motivated individual who came make a minimum of 120 calls and day keep positive and focused.

You will be forward thinking and constantly innovating and thinking of new ways to support your customers to make better and greener choices while helping them save money and reducing their carbon footprint.

This role offers a base salary of £28,000 - £30,000 Depending on Experience and comes with a guaranteed £5k bonus if you hit targets. You can earn an OTE of £55k per annum (bonus is uncapped).

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:45am – 17:00pm and Friday 08:45pm – 16:30pm.

Requirements:

  • 4 years’ experience in Business-to-Business Sales.
  • Innovative and able to work in a fast-paced call-center environment.
  • Able to make 120 + calls per day.
  • Excellent communication, listening and influencing skills.
  • A Proven relationship builder, with the ability to sell, objection handle, and close.
  • Self-motivated and able to remain positive and focused when under pressure.
  • Motivated to hit sales targets and make money!
  • A team player who can inspire and motivate those around them.
