Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Account Manager to join our team.

As a Recruitment Account Manager you will play a crucial role in supporting our Recruitment Consultants by identifying, sourcing, and engaging top-tier candidates. You will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a seamless candidate experience for our clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels to source and attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.

Job Advertisements: Write and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to better understand recruitment needs and challenges.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to recruitment consultants, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate feedback, and managing correspondence.
