Position: Sales Development Representative

Location: Wirral based

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 plus commission

Your Mission

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as a Sales Development Representative in the Wirral area. This role is all about opening doors - reaching out to prospective customers to generate and nurture sales leads. You'll be rewarded well with variable sales commission based on your success.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Identify groups of potential customers
  • Make calls and send emails engaging potential customers and introducing HRGO Recruitment's services
  • Follow up with customers to turn the lead from cold to warm
  • Booking meetings for attendance by the sales team
  • Playing an active role in the sales team - sharing success and failures
  • Tracking your progress and feeding back on customer viewpoints
