Area to be covered: North (M62 Corridor)

Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000neg + uncapped commission circa £10,000 - £15,000 on top

The role of the Area Sales Manager– Retaining Wall Systems will involve:

• Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of retaining wall systems and masonry systems
• Majority of your time will be spent generating specification and selling directly to house builders and main contractors such as: Barratt Homes, Persimmon, Taylor Wimpey, Morgan Sindall and Wates
• The remaining portion of your time will be spent selling to groundwork contractors
• Targeted to achieve £1m turnover in the first year
• Majority of your time will be spent generating new business relationships, however will be given on-going / dormant accounts
• Dealing with average order values of between £5k-£500k

The ideal applicant will be a Area Sales Manager– Retaining Wall Systems with:

• Must have experience selling to with housebuilders OR contractors such as: Barratt Homes, Persimmon, Taylor Wimpey, Morgan Sindall and Wates
• Would consider an architect spec route to market
• Ideally sold to both housebuilder & groundwork contractors
• Would consider someone working for a house builder or on site dealing with quantity surveyors, groundworkers, contractors etc
• Ideally from a heavy building product background dealing with products such as: retaining wall systems, concrete blocks, hard landscaping, block paving, natural stone, architectural masonry,
• Self-starter with tonnes of energy
