Recruitment Consultant

Sheffield (two days hybrid)

£25,000 - £26,000 per year plus commission

Responsibilities:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the freedom to run your own desk with the support of your experienced colleagues and strong branch network. Each day/week will be different where you will have a variety of duties including:

• Building strong relationships with existing clients
• Winning new business through various sales methods
• Managing vacancies from start to finish
• Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
• Matching the best candidates to the best jobs
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practises to effectively advise clients and candidates
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the company's database

Essential (Knowledge, skills, experience):

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales or customer service
• Desire to sell, earn bonus and be successful whilst enjoying an excellent work/life balance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
• Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driving licence
