Your Apprentice Recruitment Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant with Remarkable Jobs, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to make a difference. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability.
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process.

Apprentice Recruiter Requirements:

To excel in this role Recruitment role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience or some work experience.
  • Grade 5 or above in English & Maths
  • Excellent telephone manner and written/spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Great Location: Based in Waltham St Lawrence-drivers, cyclists, or keen walkers preferred as public transport isn't available
