Job Description:
We are recruiting for an experienced Employer Engagement Consultant/Recruitment Consultant who will proactively work to identify new employment opportunities for job seekers and work with them to support their transition in to sustainable employment. 

You will have previous experience engaging with/selling to businesses to identify new job opportunities which can be promoted to work ready customers.   You will work with various job seeker groups (cleaners, admin, retail, hospitality, sales etc.) and you will proactively identify, cold call and secure employment opportunities that job seekers can apply for. You will work with each job seeker throughout their application including preparing them for employment.

You will have previous experience working to and exceeding your monthly targets (whether in recruitment or B2B sales), you will have a proactive approach to sales/recruitment and you will have access to your own vehicle as you will need to visit employers across the region.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
