Are you interested in sales? We are looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join our client based in Totton, Southampton. You will be joining an upbeat team to provide excellent customer service, create trusting relationships with clients, and grow existing business.

Full time - Permanent

10am - 6pm Tuesday - Friday

8am - 2pm - Saturday

£24,147 per annum

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for all customers, requiring strong communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Engage with an established customer base, focusing on relationship-building and addressing customer queries.
• Reaching out to customers to retain and grow existing business, taking inbound and outbound telephone orders, upselling new products and price negotiations.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and teamwork, striving to achieve targets in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Liaise with various departments including Warehouse, Transport, Purchasing, Field Sales, and Accounts to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Receive bonuses based on achieving sales targets, with additional incentives such as potential vouchers and prizes.

What we require from you

• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Customer service skills within a retail or hospitality industry beneficial
• Overtime available
• Computer and IT system proficient.
• Hospitality experience (Beneficial)
