Position: Field Sales Executive - B2B

Location: Rubery, Birmingham

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 with OTE of £40,000

Benefits: Commission, Company car allowance, Pension scheme

Work Model: Monday - Friday

Our client is a fast-moving, industry-leading importer-distributor of food products and ingredients from around the world, who supply the Food Service, Food Manufacturing, Contract Catering, Hospitality, and Retail sectors. Their company prioritizes customer satisfaction and team fulfillment, striving to maintain the highest standards in service and product quality.

They are seeking an experienced B2B Field Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. This full-time position involves both office and field-based work, covering The Midlands and other counties within the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business prospects and work with them to create long-term customers.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with the current customer base to solidify and grow existing business.
  • Uphold our high-quality customer service by establishing and enforcing company standards.
  • Identify new products by staying current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Required Skills:

  • B2B Sales experience, fluent in English, with a clean, valid driving licence.
  • Strong negotiation and prospecting skills, impactful and influential.
  • Positive and friendly approach, with a natural ability to build relationships.
  • Smart, professional, and organized, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and social networks.
