Recruitment Consultant - Civil Engineering

We are on the lookout for our next experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You’ll be joining a fast paced and rapdily devloping company recruiting in the Civil Engineering and Rail sectors. 

Saddlers Resourcing Solutions are currently working with a number of contractors across the Civil Engineering sector and working on some of the most presitigous projects in the UK. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships as well as using business development techniques to build new client relationships within the Civil Engineering sector
• Source, attract and headhunt high-quality candidates
• Negotiating rates with clients
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from start to finish
• Become an expert within your market adhering to a consultative approach to best advise clients and candidates
• Network within your market including client and candidate meetings
• Provide a high-quality level of aftercare to clients and candidates
• Communicate effectively with the Saddlers Resourcing team, adhering to company values being a great team player and motivator

Who are we looking for?

• A minimum 12 months recruitment experience, ideally within the Civil Engineering sector
• Experience in building and nurturing client relationships
• Proven track record of success
• Highly resilient and a self-starter
• Can work well individually but also a strong team player
• Experience working on permanent roles
