V-Recruit are currently recruiting 5 x Permanent Sales Advisors /Customer Service Specialists to start work in the Leeds, LS15 as soon as possible.

With the option to work partly remotely if preferred, we are looking for full or part time, permanent Sales Advisors/Customer Service Specialists to join their growing team as soon as possible.

Our client are specialists in providing financial services to their clients, such as Equity Release, Lasting Power of Attorneys, Will preparations etc. Providing exceptional customer service is at the heart of everything this company do, so although this is a sales-based role, you are only offering the customers products and services which would completely benefit them and suit their needs.

Role Overview

An inbound & outbound calling, telephone-based role that always supports the client database, whilst working to targets, but delivering an exceptional service to suit the client’s needs

There is a mixture of inbound and outbound calling to build relationships and rapport with the client base

Contacting leads which have been generated by marketing and advertising

Deliver a professional service and share best practice with your colleagues

To promote business at all available opportunities and to discuss the multiple products available to the over-50’s client base

There is absolutely NO cold calling in this role

Job Specifics & Package

  • Starting Salary £22,369.35 - £30,000 per annum. This is a banded salary, starting on £20,319 with pay reviews/increases every three months, based on performance. This attractive base salary is in addition to uncapped bonus which is easily achievable! 
  • Realistic bonus for OTE/ATE is £450-£1100 each month, but this in uncapped
  • £280 bonus available Month One for basic file quality checks & full attendance, £330 bonus available Month 2 for full attendance and hitting basic call quality standards! (No sales required!)
  • Hours of work are between 9am-8pm Monday to Wednesday, 9am-6pm Thursday-Friday, 9am-5pm Saturday and closed Sundays
  • Hours of work are flexible but based on business needs – typically you may work 2 late shifts per week, and 1 weekend in every 3 weeks
  • This is a hybrid role, where you would be expected to work from the office 3 days per week, you can work from the office full time/more regularly if preferred. Up to 6 weeks training required to be fully office based before remote working avaialble.

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Experience of working towards and achieving targets
  • Strong IT skills
  • Driven and motivated with excellent communication
  • Experience in a customer service environment (not necessarily phone-based)
  • GCSE / Level 2 in Maths and English

Desirable

  • Experience of working within a financial services organisation
  • Experience of telephone-based sales
  • Previous experience within a fast-paced contact centre, preferable in an outbound environment
