Divisional Recruitment Manager

Mon to Thurs 07:30 - 16:30


Salary - Depending on experience and an uncapped commission scheme.

Interaction Recruitment Bristol have an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join their successful team. The successful candidate can be currently a divisional Manager or an experienced Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant. What is more crucial is the individual is driven and wants to be a part of future growth of Interaction Recruitment.

The role

- You will be fully responsible for managing the whole recruitment process.

- Finding new business by utilising a variety of methods. These include the company database, lapsed clients, phone calls, and door knocking / client meetings.

- Maintain relationships with your existing clients, and build new ones with business that you bring into the business.

- Source suitable candidates for live vacancies, through job adverts, social media, LinkedIn.

- Act fully compliantly

What you need to be successful

- You must be driven.

- Be able to build new relationships with both candidates and clients

- A full UK Driving licence

- Attention to detail, and ability to work in a compliant manner

- Outstanding customer service skills

- Resilient attitude

- Desire to earn money
