UK B2B Oder Processor

Office-based in Newcastle-under-Lyme,

Monday to Friday – 40hours (9-5.30pm)

£25-26k plus £500 company bonus

In this role, you’ll receive a competitive salary between £25,000 and £26,000 per year, and you will qualify for some nice bonus too!

This job puts you right in the centre of the action, handling sales orders, smoothing out any kinks in the order process, and keeping customers smiling. You'll work closely with a variety of customers across different platforms, helping to drive their business success.

You will process sales orders, making sure everything goes out the door right on time. Plus, you'll be the go-to person for sorting out any delivery or courier issues. You’ll field customer questions and troubleshoot problems, working with other internal teams where necessary to keep the whole operation running like a well-oiled machine.

We're looking for someone who's not afraid to get chatty and form good working relationships with their customers. You will need a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook) and will have decent literacy and maths skills. But most importantly, we need someone with a proactive, can-do attitude, who is ready to roll up their sleeves and jump in wherever needed.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm.
