Job: Business Development Manager (Hybrid Woking + Remote)

Role Summary;
They are looking for a driven, ambitious and successful Business Development Manager to join their growing sales team to sell their market leading Digital Transformation solutions across the public sector. The role will be fast-paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic, selling to new names and existing key accounts. Their ideal candidate will be a hungry and energetic sales professional looking to expand their sales career to the next level, joining a market leading company to offer an exciting career path. The successful candidate will have experience of selling software solutions to new clients and/or strategic account expansion activity.
Essential;
Proven (2 years+) successful full cycle sales experience (quota carrying).
Enjoy working and taking pride in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Ability to carry out the entire sales cycle (cold call, demonstrations, qualification, proposals, negotiation, and close).
PC literate, able to write professional business emails and compelling proposals.
Familiarity using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
Desirable;
Experience of selling to the public sector.

Dealing with rejection & handling objections.
Creating, executing, and maintaining territory development plans.

£’s; fully DoE salary to £45k with realistic double OTE (uncapped)
