Location: Sale, Manchester
Salary: Circa £25k plus 20% commission
Working hours: Monday – Thursday 08.45am – 5.00pm
Friday 08.50am – 1.00pm

Recruitment Consultant – Job Overview:
As a 360 recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Qualification of candidate’s skills to determine suitability for specific positions.
- Interviewing and shortlisting the best candidates
- Conduct client meetings
- Negotiating job offers for candidates
- Negotiate terms of business with clients
- Sourcing and attracting the best talent
- New Business development.
Recruitment Consultant – Person Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join the team. We will also consider someone form a strong tele-sales background.
You will also have the following skills, qualifications or experience:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- Average recruitment fees in excess of £8k per month
- Experienced in new business development
- Strong negotiation skills
- Self motivated and competitive
- Ambitious
