As a Business Development Executive you'll be responsible for helping to grow our business by generating new client leads and maintaining a healthy pipeline. If you are experienced in outbound sales and believe you can generate quality leads & appointment booking, then this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Your days in this role will be varied and fast paced, and you will always need to be ready to meet the demands of our customer needs.
• Your priorities can & will change at a moment’s notice and you’ll need to be comfortable with managing change (with our help).
• Generating new, value add leads and working to daily and monthly targets.
• Outbound calling new prospects and maintaining a strong pipeline.
• Liaising with your colleagues across the sales teams to ensure prospective client interactions are pro-actively managed.
• Ensure CRM is kept up to date with accurate information.
• Create and maintain good relationships with departments internally.
• Proactively responding to non-standard outcomes, taking corrective action and providing updates in an efficient manner.
