Job Description

We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative for the UK & Europe region, who will be an integral part of the Corporate team. This sales-focused role seeks to maximize the conversion of online registrations into active dealing clients, guiding customers through the registration and onboarding journey. Assisting to ensure the new registrations are contacted as quickly as possible and are actively followed up on through to dealing clients. You will work with the client to make the process as smooth as possible through clear communication, attention to detail and applying proven sales techniques to win new registration business. An outstanding Inside Sales Representative understands client needs, articulates the OFX value proposition and is well accustomed to working in a fast pace environment.

What you do

  • Active outbound call function, making the initial KYC call and providing ongoing follow up support
  • Identifying registration backlogs, prioritising follow ups around this pool
  • Providing regular feedback to improve follow up and reporting efficiencies
  • Understanding of Corporate entities and AML on-boarding requirements
  • Clearly articulating compliance requirements and assisting with associated queries
  • Answering and processing a large volume of inbound calls from corporate clients
  • Understand, communicate, and promote all OFX’s products, platforms and offerings.
  • Collaborating with on-boarding specialist team and client due diligence, to ensure clients are ‘Clear to Deal’ in a timely manner.
