Drovo is Europe’s largest on-vehicle advertising platform giving anyone with a vehicle a way to earn more money. Drovo does this by creating a media network using on-vehicle branding, and proprietary smart displays & software mounted on top of vehicles. Overview of role

This role is a critical position within the evolving Sales Team. It represents our full commercial offering to the network agency groups and their OOH specialists.

The Account Manager is responsible for supporting all revenue-driving functions. This includes helping to maintain client relationships, developing sales materials (proactive concept decks, proposals and post-campaign reporting), and working alongside the sales reps to manage the end-to-end sales and execution process for each campaign. 

The Sales Team sits at the heart of our business. A key function of this role is ensuring you are working effectively with each sales person as well as cross-functionally across the business to help our team deliver on customer needs with efficiency, accuracy and best-in-class service.

Requirements

Responsibilities of the role

  • Create sales-related collateral, including but not limited to: proactive concept decks, media proposals, post-campaign reporting and partnership summaries
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Drovo’s full suite of media formats and how they provide value for an advertiser.
  • Become familiar with Drovo’s client base and the Out-of-Home advertising ecosystem.
  • Produce creative and thoughtful suggestions as solutions to advertiser briefs.
  • Oversee end-to-end sales process  alongside Sales and Operations teams.
  • Assist with campaign execution to ensure accurate delivery.
  • Assist with client communications and delivery of campaign-related updates and materials throughout the sales process.
  • Provide post-close support to clients, incentivising renewal.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day business .
  • Develop influential client relationships, including attending social events and client entertaining. 
  • Use internal tools/systems and follow established process and procedure to ensure streamlined communication and organised flow of business.
  • Work effectively with all Drovo colleagues, across all teams.
  • To be a Drovo ambassador and an architect in the shaping of the commercial culture.

  • Experience within the marketing and advertising industry is an advantage.

  • Become an expert on all of Drovo’s media formats and their ability to deliver on brand KPIs.
  • Worked closely with sales team to help move deals through the pipeline.
  • Gained familiarity with Drovo’s customer base and the OOH media ecosystem as a whole.
  • Assisted with campaign execution and delivery in tandem with operations.
  • Provided post-close support to clients, helping to improve renewal rate.
  • Become fluent with the various tools and systems that Drovo uses internally and followed any existing process and procedure to ensure accurate and organised delivery.
