We're looking for an experienced advertising professional to sell our offering to our media agency partners and clients. The Ad Sales Manager key responsibility will be working with our advertising clients across multiple verticals to craft effective proposals for some of the UK’s largest advertisers. Responding to digital marketing briefs, helping to continually evolve our marketing solutions and onboarding new clients with Zoopla’s ad solutions, this is a mixed and varied role.

We’d like you to:

  • Create and manage campaigns and commercial agreements for Zoopla’s multi-vertical digital marketing clients.
  • Use excellent communication and technology skills to shape our selling  processes, best practices and tech automation.
  • Craft best-in-class campaign presentations and reports that deliver against client business challenges and KPIs.
  • Negotiate campaign budgets and pricing and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with our Performance and Ad Operations teams to match our datasets and solutions (Direct, Programmatic, Email, Partnerships) to specific client challenges and streamline campaign reporting and maximise ad performance and ROAS for our clients. 
  • Collaborate with the wider Homes team to identify opportunities for new market-leading  ad products on Zoopla.  
  • Collaborate with the Heads of Department to create and manage processes such as pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Continually grow our sales market intelligence and help keep Zoopla abreast of the ad industry landscape and key trends to help ensure Zoopla’s marketing solutions have a clear competitive advantage.
  • Work with our  Ad Sales Executives to grow our offering and capabilities for clients.

Requirements

We’re looking for:

  • Experienced and tenacious ad sales professional with recent management experience operating in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong business development experience working in or with major UK media and creative agencies.
  • Experience of interacting at multiple levels within client organisations. 
  • Experience of developing Display, Partnership and Email ad offerings and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
  • Using Salesforce, Google Ad Manager and Data Visualisation tools to manage your campaigns and forecasts and consistently meet revenue targets. 
  • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.  
  • Team-player, entrepreneurial, innovative, and excels at thinking big.
  • Someone who Balances future thinking with pragmatism. 
  • A passion for the digital marketing landscape with knowledge of key issues affecting our industry including adtech, e-privacy and cost and quality metrics of online advertising. 
  • A natural negotiator - honest, reliable with the ability to  generate credibility quickly. 
  • Ambition to always improve.
  • High levels of energy and creativity combined with low ego and high levels of EQ.
