Insignis Cash is a fast-growing, FinTech company looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team. We are growing the Account Management team, the person joining will have the responsibility for a portfolio of our Adviser partners. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, be detail-oriented whilst also being personable and confident in building working relationships.

What will you be doing?

  • Build and strengthen adviser partner relationships to achieve long-term partnerships and maximise the opportunity within your portfolio of accounts
  • Supporting the successful onboarding of new clients
  • Serve as the point of contact for customers in your portfolio
  • Ensure the timely turnaround of communications, enquiries, illustrations, and applications
  • Resolve any issues to maintain and strengthen adviser and client trust
  • Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
  • Utilise our internal systems to report on and analyse trends in our sales data
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to identify the opportunity within your portfolio
  • Maintain accurate client records

Requirements

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Previous experience in an account management or sales role preferably in a similar industry e.g., Finance, FinTech, Platforms, Wealth Management or Financial Advice
  • Ability to multitask, excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Strong team player with excellent people skills
  • Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment
