We are growing the Account Management team, the person joining will have the responsibility for a portfolio of our Adviser partners. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, be detail-oriented whilst also being personable and confident in building working relationships.
What will you be doing?
- Build and strengthen adviser partner relationships to achieve long-term partnerships and maximise the opportunity within your portfolio of accounts
- Supporting the successful onboarding of new clients
- Serve as the point of contact for customers in your portfolio
- Ensure the timely turnaround of communications, enquiries, illustrations, and applications
- Resolve any issues to maintain and strengthen adviser and client trust
- Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
- Utilise our internal systems to report on and analyse trends in our sales data
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to identify the opportunity within your portfolio
- Maintain accurate client records
Requirements
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Previous experience in an account management or sales role preferably in a similar industry e.g., Finance, FinTech, Platforms, Wealth Management or Financial Advice
- Ability to multitask, excellent planning and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Strong team player with excellent people skills
- Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment
