As Sales Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in bolstering our sales endeavours by providing actionable insights, supporting sales objectives, optimising processes, and enhancing the team’s overall performance. Reporting into the Chief Revenue Officer, you have an opportunity to broaden your scope and make real impact in a dynamic forward-thinking business.

Impact: You will be crucial in supporting the Chief Revenue Officer and will be working alongside our team of Client Directors and Account Managers who are responsible for developing and strategically optimising some of Grayce’s most important accounts.

Collaboration: You will work closely with the rest of the sales team and collaborating extensively with the Finance, Marketing, Delivery and Transformation teams.

 

Responsibilities:

·       Assist the development of the sales forecasts using historical data, pipeline, run rate, and market trends.

·       Provide real-time analytics to sales leads, resulting in actionable responses, such as weekly forecast analysis.

·       Track progress against established KPIs, whilst identifying risks, trends and opportunities

·       Efficiently handle ad-hoc data requests from the sales team, while concurrently exploring opportunities for automation and scalability in addressing future requests.

·       Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for exec team and Senior Sales Leads.

·       Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing and implementing solutions for enhanced productivity.

·       Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the sales systems and CRM (Salesforce).

·       Collaborate across teams including finance, marketing, and transformation to gather relevant data supporting sales performance.

 

Essential qualifications, skills and experienced required:

·       Proven experience in sales operations, sales strategy, analytics, or similar role.

·       Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and ability to turn data into insights & actions.

·       Proactive mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively across different teams

·       Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)

·       Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (proficient in Excel/Sheets & PowerPoint/Slides)

 

Salary and Benefits:

·       Competitive salary £35,000 - £55,000 DOE
