The Partnerships Manager is responsible for managing the relationships with our strategic technology partners across the UKI, Juno and Fuse business units, and driving commercial benefit for Tryzens and the partner organisation. 

You will be working with up to 12 named technology providers to build relationships, identify new opportunities for Tryzens services, either amongst the partners client base or through targeted activities for specified focus accounts. You will also help identify opportunities within Tryzens existing client base or new client pipeline, for introductions to our technology partners. 

This role operates as part of the commercial function of the business, and will involve working closely with Business Development, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to ensure that we are able to drive success by leveraging the relationships we have with our strategic partners. 

The core responsibilities are : 

  • Identification of new opportunities through our strategic partners for handling by the respective sales team of the relevant business unit. 
  • Development of strong collaborative relationships with our strategic partners that are mutually commercially beneficial 
  • Facilitating activity across the Tryzens business with our partners, with the involvement of Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Delivery Practices 
  • Maintaining a documented GTM plan and reporting of activity with each partner 
  • Handling requests for new partnerships and establishing whether they should be put forward to the wider business as a relationship we should invest in.

The Partnerships Manager is directly responsible for the following activities: 

  • Lead Generation : Ensuring that we are aligned with each partner and identifying potential leads for our new business and customer success teams to follow up on. 
  • Partner Introductions : Ensuring that our partners are introduced to existing Tryzens customers where an opportunity exists or is requested by the Customer Success team.
  • Partner Focus : Establishing a GTM plan and area of focus for each strategic partner, that aligns with the overall commercial objectives and plan for the business.
  • Enablement : Facilitating learning and development for members of Tryzens team with our partners in order that Tryzens staff are well versed in both the partner offering and are suitably qualified to talk about the solution. 
  • Partner Agreements : Maintains the list of strategic partners and makes recommendations for promotion/relegation. from the strategic tier, and putting in place suitable referral agreements (where relevant) with the partner organisation. 
  • Industry Events : Representing Tryzens at partner/industry events that support the GTM strategy.

 

The Partnerships Manager is expected to support and help facilitate the following, although is not directly responsible for the execution of these: 

  • Account Mapping : Supporting the Business Development function in working with their counterparts at each partner, to agree focus accounts and outreach plans which are aligned with the Partner Focus that has been agreed 
  • Joint Events/Content : Supporting the Marketing function in working with their counterparts at each partner, on co-hosted events, content and collateral. 
  • Support and Escalation : Ensuring that our Customer Success and Delivery teams have access to key contacts in a scenario where support/escalation is required for a customer.

Professional Requirements: 

  • Proven track record of managing partner relationships and driving commercial benefits. 
  • Experience working with 3rd parties to develop a GTM plan and involving the relevant stakeholders in the creation of this.
  • Have an understanding of the technology landscape for retailers/brands and a genuine interest in technology and how the digital landscape continues to evolve.
