Position Summary:

Eram Talent is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team for a fashion retail store. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store.
  • Assist in meeting and exceeding store sales goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist in managing and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
  • Contribute to creating a visually appealing store environment by maintaining proper product presentation and implementing merchandising guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and assist in inventory management.
  • Assist with training and development of team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in scheduling employee shifts and coordinating staff activities to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including cash management and store security procedures.
  • Assist in analyzing sales and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail management role, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and experience in maintaining store presentation.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and stock control.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for fashion and staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
