We are currently recruiting for a specialist Recruitment Consultant / Junior Headhunter to work within the Sales and Marketing specialist Division. You will be working with one of the fastest growing corporate sales headhunters in the UK and Europe.
You will be responsible in conducting high level interviews with credible candidates and negotiating business terms with potential blue chip clients in London and Europe. You must be able to quickly take full advantage of every business opportunity in your “business patch.”. Primarily, you will be headhunting Sales Managers and Directors working in numerous industries throughout the country.
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have 2-3 sales experience within the B2B industry. You must be confident, sharp and hungry. Ideally, you are already an over achiever in your current role and always willing to work as part of a team.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with £20-25K Basic Salary with £60-70K OTE. Additional bonuses will be offered to the candidate who excels beyond sales targets.
