Recruitment Consultant -Digital Creative
to £30,000 + Commission

We are currently recruiting for a junior Recruitment Consultant with ideally 1-2 years’ experience in private sector recruitment. Our client is a busy boutique consultancy with offices based in the city,
Role:
- To works alongside a senior consultant developing a Digital/Creative permanent and FTC desk.
- Business Development - winning new clients.
- Attending client meetings, virtual or face to face.
- Social media campaigns.
- Database management.
- Developing searches to attract top calibre candidates.
Person:
- You will need solid recruitment sales experience.
- Have a consultative approach.
- Commercially minded.
- Well spoken.
- Driven to succeed, committed, and dedicated.
- Team player.
- Able to build solid relationships.
Working hours are 9.30 – 6pm, 3 days in the office which are fixed on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 2 days working from home Tuesday and Friday, however during induction and training there will need to be flexibility to come into the office to learn systems and methods.
