Licensing Manager - Leading Fashion Retailer

London / Full-time / Permanent

A trend-led fashion retailer is looking for an experienced Licensing Manager to join their expanding team with a minimum of 3 years’ experience. This is an opportunity to work closely with some of the leading brands in the world, including Disney, Mattel, Warner Brothers amongst others. You’ll play a vital role in helping to drive their licensing division whilst managing their current portfolio of partners and winning new ones.

Licensing Manager Responsibilities:

• Be the key contact for all current licenses, and partners whilst developing and maintaining strong relationships with them.

• Responsible for building and delivering licensing strategy.

• Manage existing partners strategic and ad hoc needs and requirements, keeping them up to date with all new launches.

• Proactively reaching out to secure new partners with responsibility for agreeing terms and then overseeing license contracts.

• Liaising with the wholesale department to assist them in securing new licenses and ad hoc contract requests, such as new product categories.

• Work closely with the wider team including ecomm, marketing and finance.

• Overseeing the marketing approval process with current and new partners.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 year's experience in licensing or partnership management

• Extremely organised and the ability to juggle multiple projects.

• Passion for brand building

• Excellent negotiation skills
