The Role: As our Area Sales Manager covering the Midlands & South West, you'll spearhead our efforts to captivate the market, focusing on Furniture solutions for End User Clients, including Corporate, Major Occupying, and SMEs. This role is not just about sales; it's about building lasting relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering comprehensive solutions that resonate with our ethos of design and wellbeing in the workplace.

Your Mission:

  • Front End Sales- drive new business, developing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers within Corporate & Major Occupying and SME’s End User clients, Architects & Interior Designers and Contractors.
  • Pro-Active sales role with the ability to achieve £1.5m+ in sales revenue.
  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and main contractors to deliver bespoke furniture and fit-out solutions.
  • Utilise your expertise in securing profitable Framework and Supply Chain business
  • Influence and manage the entire sales process, from project inception through to completion, ensuring a seamless client journey.

Who You Are:

  • A highly motivated sales leader with a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial workplace furniture sales.
  • Adept at identifying and securing new business opportunities, with a proven track record in the furniture dealer or fit-out sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of FF&E, cable management, Ergonomics/Ergonometric (as known as Human Factors) and sustainability
  • Exceptional communicator, capable of forging strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for design and wellbeing in the workplace.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Hours of Work: Hybrid- Monday to Friday- Fulltime. This is a field-based role and travelling to visit clients in person is an integral part of this role. You will be required to visit the office in Kenilworth throughout the week in between your meetings to update your team & management on projects & pipeline.
