About the Role:

In the role of Internal Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our client's success, working closely with seasoned Account Directors to enhance and expand their account base. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Producing and following up on quotes.
• Coordinating with internal teams.
• Providing comprehensive sales administration.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Our ideal candidate currently serves in a similar capacity within an IT Value Added Reseller or a Managed Service Provider. 
• Key qualifications include:
  • Experience in client interaction (not new business development).
  • Proficiency in quote generation.
  • Familiarity with vendor and distributor interactions.
  • Effective collaboration with internal teams.
• Candidates with experience of using ConnectWise are encouraged to apply.
