A Mortgage Broker wants to add a Protection Advisor to the team to convert a consistent overflow leads, as well as take ownership of an extensive back book. 
 
This is a self-employed position and would suit a Protection Advisor who is able to self-generate some of their own business but requires more lead support. 
 
In addition to the lead support, you will benefit from:
 
- Generous commission splits that increase in relation to banked business 
- NO network costs - these are absorbed by the company 
- Extensive marketing and social media support to generate your own inbound leads 
- Leads provided off the back of mortgages 
- Low clawback rates 
- High lead conversion 
 
What you'll need to bring to the table:
 
- Track record of Protection Advisor experience 
- Excellent knowledge of Life Insurance, Critical Illness and Income Protection products 
- A consultative and in-depth approach
- Ability to self-generate some of your own business 
- Self-starter attitude and confident remote working
