An Area Sales Manager / External Sales Engineer / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager is required to join a leading manufacturer of sensors covering the Northeast of England.
The Area Sales Manager / External Sales Engineer / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will have experience working with industrial automation, electrical / electronic products, or sensors.
Package
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
OTE: £10,000 - £12,000
Company Car
Holidays 25 Days + Bank holidays
Pension scheme
A shorter working day on the Friday.
Area Sales Manager / External Sales Engineer / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Role:
- Managing a number of key accounts in the automation sector and OEM customers in various industries
- Bringing on new business and managing accounts.
- Working with a team of application engineers to provide solutions for customers and further building relationships.
- Pricing, negotiating contracts, quotes, consulting customers preparing quotes, and completing applications sales.
- Providing sales tactics and strategies to move the business forward and grow the patch.
- Manage budgets efficiently.
Requirements:
- Experience as an Area Sales Manager / External Sales Engineer / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager
- Technical knowledge of the automation sector
- Ability to plan your own days and time efficiently.
- Motivation and the drive to grow with a reputable engineering manufacturer.
- Full UK Driving license and passport.
- Degree educated or equivalent within the engineering sector.
