Role: Senior Sales Negotiator (Residential)

Location: NW London

Salary: Up to £25k + Comm (OTE is up to £100k)

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Days/Hours: Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm) and every 3rd Saturday (10am – 3pm) – ½ day back in lieu

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a property consultancy company based in the affluent area of Belsize Park, NW London. Our client is an forward thinking, well established property consultancy, offering specialist estate agency services for owners, occupiers or investors within NW London.

To succeed in this role you will need to be a committed team player, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for selling residential property. This is a highly energetic, busy team with a determined attitude. You will need to be smart, punctual, reliable, well-spoken and articulate, whilst being driven, focused and be able to thrive in a faced paced pressurised environment.

Previous estate agency experience is essential because you will need to hit the ground. You will be instrumental in helping to grow the market share whilst ensuring first class customer service is being delivered. So managerial experience would be a huge bonus as would experience of conducting valuations.

The ideal Senior Sales Negotiator will have:

• Extensive experience in residential property sales, preferably within the London area
• Proven sales ability
• Experience in conducting valuations
• Managerial experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High level of customer service skills
• Fantastic telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Full UK Driving License
