Salary – £25,000 - £30,000

A highly successful, forward thinking Independent Estate Agents are looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have the ability to build an excellent rapport with clients delivering first class experience every time. You will be highly motivated, and target driven.

The successful candidate:

• Must have experience in using Microsoft office packages.
• Previous Property Management experience is essential a minimum of 1 year.
• Will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.
• ARLA qualification preferred
• Experience using Jupix software exp.
• Experience managing a small team.
• Excellent organisation skills and punctuality
• Must be a Driver with a full, clean UK Licence.
• Basic knowledge of heating and hot weather, plumbing and electrical systems
• Strong communication skills
