Responsibilities:

Hands-On Management: The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of telesales operations before building and leading a high-performing team. They are seeking individuals who are committed to excellence and can lead by example.

Target Achievement: The Telesales Executive will consistently meet and exceed sales targets, inspiring the team through exemplary performance and leadership.

Team Building: They will be responsible for establishing and nurturing a dedicated telesales team, and developing a comprehensive training program for new recruits to ensure their success.

Experience Requirement: Previous experience in medical telesales is essential, with a minimum of 5 years in telesales, demonstrating determination, commitment, and the ability to generate bookings from provided leads.

Inbound Enquiries: The focus will be solely on booking inbound inquiries, eliminating the need for cold calls or outbound inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in telesales, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. The company is looking for individuals who will consistently strive to surpass expectations and drive exceptional results.
- Previous experience in medical sales is preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills. They are seeking candidates who can build and motivate a team.
