Salary: £25k - 50k per year

Sales Executive £25,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission (OTE up to £50,000) – Macclesfield – Monday to Friday 09:00 – 16:30/

We are working with an award-winning Advertisement company who are looking to appoint a proactive and tenacious Sales Executive to their growing team.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the company’s dynamic sales team within the Communications department. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients in the construction industry, promoting e-books that guide home improvements. Through effective communication and persuasive skills, you'll invite companies to advertise within these e-books, enhancing their visibility among local authority-building control teams nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, develop, and qualify leads to populate the sales funnel.
  • Deliver a high volume of prospects through cold calling.
  • Accurately input client information into our CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales team supervisor to forecast and communicate progress.
  • Manage your pipeline to maximize conversion rates.
  • Handle rejection positively and remain resilient.

The Person

  • Natural communicator and team player with strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Organised and able to complete tasks with precision.
  • Experience with dealing with customers over the telephone
  • Tenacious, highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude.
  • Have 1-2+ years of proven sales experience in high volume and/or new business sales.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
