Internal Sales Engineer / Sales Coordinator / Sales Engineer is required for to join a manufacturer and supplier of power transmission components.
Internal Sales Engineer / Sales Coordinator / Sales Engineer will have a mechanical engineering sales background and inbound sales enquiries, managing tenders, technical queries to customers.
Internal Sales Engineer / Sales Coordinator / Sales Engineer will need to be commutable to Tamworth as this is an office-based position.
Package
Paying up to £32,000 depending on experience

Role
- Handling sales enquiries, managing tenders, technical queries & specifications along with day-to-day customer support.
- Will be offering knowledge to customers of mechanical power transmission components such as bevel gears and gearboxes, worms and wheels, splined shafts and sleeves, chains and sprockets.
- Will advise customers on linear motion products such as linear guideways ball screws, single axis KK units, bearing supports, and linear actuators.
- Resolve technical issues and advise customers of the options available to solve their problems.
- Being responsible accepting calls from customers and building relationships.
- Liaising with various engineering departments, including the external sales team.
- Dealing with inbound and outbound phone calls from customers across the UK.
Requirement
- Previous experience as an Internal Sales Engineer / Sales Coordinator / Sales Engineer / Internal Sales Coordinator / Inside Sales or similar
- Hold an HNC / BTEC / NVQ in engineering would be desirable.
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering sales background and managing inbound sales enquiries, tenders, and technical queries.
- Must hold a Full UK Driving license or commutable to Tamworth.
