Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 p/y + Lucrative Commissions
(OTE £55,000+)

Responsibilities

• Maintaining regular communication with potential buyers in our database.
• Scheduling and conducting property viewings.
• Providing constructive feedback to sellers
• Facilitating negotiations between sellers and buyers to reach agreeable terms.
• Oversee the sale process through to completion.
• Actively seek new business opportunities to contribute to the company's growth.

Skills & Experience

• Ideally 1 years’ experience in a sales negotiator position.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Able to build rapport and the ability to maintain professional relationships with different demographics and age groups.
• Proficiency in managing sales processes.
• Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with a dynamic team.
• Customer service-oriented with a keen eye for lead generation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving license and car.

Hours of Work

• Monday to Friday
• Either from 9:00am - 5:30pm OR 9:30am - 6:00pm.
