Job Description:
- Smart and self-motivated individual
- Maintaining high levels of presentation of vehicles
- Maintain knowledge of models
- Training and support will be given to help you make a success of the role.
All-rounder:
- Organise and coordinate preparation.
- Advertising of vehicles
- Handling customer enquiries and appraising part exchanges
- Conducting face to face and virtual viewings
- Closing deals and handovers
- Handling and managing aftersales queries.
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of work
- Social media advertising
What you will need:
- Proven record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Positive attitude and results driven mentality.
- Car sales experience is a must
- Full UK driving license (essential)
Hours:
- 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday
- 9am to 5pm on Saturdays, with a day off in the week
- 10am to 4pm on Sundays on a rota basis.
Salary:
- Realistic OTE: £40,000
- Additional commission per vehicle, finance, and warranties
- Uncapped commission structure
