twentyai are partnered with a Venture Capital backed startup dedicated to streamlining pre-order experiences. This innovative business empowers customers to craft seamless end-to-end pre-order processes, facilitating the sale of products even before they are in stock.
They need an individual to join their Customer Experience team to cover EMEA Operations working side by side with an experienced US Counterpart based in their US HQ of Charlotte, NC. This is a newly created hire because of excess demand and will ensure that all customer requests are fulfilled in a timely manner from both clients and customers alike. This person will be tasked to monitor all channels, split by time zone, following up with requests on messenger and also via phone.
Requirements:
- Proven success in Customer Experience roles
- Able to frequent the London Office 2 days per week minimum
- Previous experience using Gorgias (CX Platform) – nice to have
- Previous experience with Slack – nice to have
- Previous experience navigating start ups / Scale ups
