The Role

7Dxperts are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Data & Analytics sales team. You'll play a vital role in driving our top-of-funnel sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through outbound prospecting activities like cold calling and LinkedIn.
  • Leverage LinkedIn for social selling and lead generation.
  • If required, create engaging video content to capture prospect interest.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Databricks and ThoughtSpot solutions to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using a CRM system.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Understanding customers’, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs.
  • Coordinate sales meetings.
  • Identify and develop new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls.
  • To provide consultancy in support of sales during client calls (cross selling)
  • Maintaining awareness and keeping abreast of constantly changing assigned vertical
  • Assist sales and presales teams in meeting targets.
  • Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades.
  • Be responsible for all your own outreach and build your own pipeline.

The Person- Must Have

  • Sound inter-personal skills
  • English to Native proficiency level

  • Strong communication skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Displays a positive attitude and demonstrates flexibility in day-to-day work.
  • Sets high standards of performance for oneself.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or Analytics.
  • Experience with ThoughtSpot, Databricks, or similar modern analytics tools.
