Sales Development Representative


On Target Earnings: Base £35k - 40k - OTE (£50k)

Location: Hybrid (1-2 days a week in the office, 3-4 days WFH - Sales Office in London)

  • You have sales experience, ideally in Lead Generation/SaaS.
  • You have ambitions to develop into an AE later in your career
  • You are an achievement-focused go-getter, hungry for success. You are fast-paced and high-energy.
  • You have a familiarity in MEDDIC as a Sales Methodology
  • You will be adept at engaging with a range of prospects, including C-suite/Directors, from all sorts of different organisations ranging from Blue Chip to the Public Sector.
  • You are tech-literate. Our clients has a simple, no-code platform but a degree of technical understanding to be able to position and converse is desired.
  • You enjoy the whole sales process. You are fantastic at handling objections.
  • You love taking on complex challenges and finding creative solutions. You don’t get flustered easily. If you don’t know the answer, you’ll dig until you find it.
  • You naturally build a fantastic rapport with your prospects.
  • You have experience with various sales systems, such as Hubspot and Apollo
  • You are a confident, positive “can do” person and work well as part of a team.

To be a successful sales development representative, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and have strong analytical and mathematical skills.

The ultimate aim of a sales development representative is to expand a company's customer base. The sales development representative will generate leads, solicit new potential customers, and connect these customers to the direct sales team.
