Lettings Negotiator- Finsbury Park

Salary £20,000, OTE £40,000

No Driving Licence required for this role

Our client based in North London is a rapidly expanding Estate Agency. They are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team.

Applicants will have excellent negotiation skills, be articulate, well presented and keen to further their career with this leading company.

The successful candidate duties will include:

• Accomplished at winning new business and negotiating lettings contracts,
• Strong interpersonal skills to create a meaningful client relationship, exceptional sales ability to close business successfully
• Administration & property management
• You will focus on building and maintaining market share in a competitive environment

The ideal candidate will:

• Have at least 2-3 years successful lettings experience.
• Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
• Be able to work effectively managing a team
• Motivated at all times
• Display high standards of service and presentation
• Have good organisational skills
• Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
