About DSW:

DSW is a family-owned and run water treatment and engineering company, based in Lingfield, Surrey. In a fast-changing industry, DSW are proud to remain 100% independent. Due to the sustained growth and expansion of the business, DSW are now looking to welcome a Sales Manager to the team.

Role requirements:

  • To increase overall company performance
  • Understands the start to finish sales process. Trains sales team in perfecting the process
  • Manage an existing portfolio of customers  (high profile customers).
  • Manage a team of three plus account management and sales professionals.
  • Understand business growth and how to achieve it (Both organically and KPI driven)
  • Experience in multiple water industry roles is preferred
  • To proactively promote and sell new technologies
  • Liaise with Marketing to ideas for future strategies and campaigns.
  • Manages and shares own appointments diary including internal and customer meetings with Directors
  • Can compile and deliver sales presentations. Train account managements and sales team in delivery.
  • Overcomes operational and or financial reservations from customers. Trains sales team on dispute resolution
  • Hold regular 1 to 1 meetings with account management and sales team, collect sales figures and provide concise reporting for Company Directors. Develop and implement improvements in sales and operational reporting.
  • Can convert warm sales leads via website, social media or other into new customers.

Experience:

  • Proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Genuine specialist in at least one area of water treatment
  • High level of verbal and written communication
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must be team focused and an excellent team player  
  • Some professional/accredited qualifications

Package/Benefits:

  • Salary: £60k – £70k depending on experience and skill set.
  • Bonus scheme: Between £5k - £25k per annum realistic (uncapped based on company revenue)

Mainly London and Home Counties but you may be required to travel depending on customer base.

Driving Licence essential.

Must have water industry experience. 

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
