Sales Executive, Up to £60,000 Base + Commission, London Based, Hybrid Working i.e. 2 days in office, 3 days from home, Lovely Scale Up Finance Operations Company.

Overview of the Sales Executive:

Are you ready to elevate your career and join an already successful scale up financial operations business? We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to collaborate with the Leadership team (CEO & COO) in crafting and executing an unstoppable Finance Operations go-to-market plan.

In response to the strong growth and the multiple opportunities on the horizon for this already successful business, this role will be instrumental in allowing the business to grow to the very next level.

Your mission? To secure new business, drive revenue with unmatched lead generation, qualify prime sales opportunities, and close deals with finesse. You will expand and nurture our client’s network of referral partners, forging relationships that drive success. You will also have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.

Responsibilities 

  • Source new business opportunities from both direct client leads and referred business partners.
  • Work with the CEO & wider leadership team team to create the sales strategy and go-to-market plans.
  • Seek out new commercial opportunities through new service offerings and referral partnerships. 
  • Take responsibility for all aspects of the lead funnel and sales qualified opportunity pipeline.
  • Develop and promote lead generation and other sales campaigns. 
  • Participation and attendance at networking, trade shows and industry events and co-ordination of event attendance by the wider team.
  • Be a true expert in the company products and services. 
  • Promote strong working relationships with key stakeholders and other team members in the business. 
  • Report on sales performance and activity to executive team.
  • Work with other team members on creation of sales collateral and marketing assets.

What’s in your DNA / Experience Needed:

  • Strong business commercial acumen and evidence of achieving sales targets and growth
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Demonstratable track record of previous successful sales performance
  • Understanding of accounting & tax services would be a strong advantage to this position. 
  • Experience working with start-ups/early-stage businesses, with VC or PE backing would hold strong advantage to this position.
