Property Manager – South Norwood
Salary –£30,000 - £35,000 Dependant on Experience
Driver not essential
Our client, an independent Estate Agency are looking for a Property Manager with a minimum of 3 year’s experience and exposure to new builds to join their friendly team based in South Norwood, they pride themselves on positive reviews and collective years of local knowledge. As a Property Manager your duties will include:
- First point of contact for Landlord & Tenants
- Organising property maintenance
- Submitting deposits
- Check in & out appointments.
- Inspections & inventories
- Tenancy renewals
- Gas safety renewals / EPC's
- Chasing rent arrears
- Section 21's
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of lettings legislation
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Professional and presentable
- Computer literate
